1. Cancellations:
1a) If you cancel until 31 days prior to your arrival, 30.00 USD cancellation fee applies.
1b) If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival, 150.00 USD cancellation fee applies.
1c) If you cancel within 72 hours prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night in each property plus 150.00 USD cancellation fee.
1d) If you decide to cancel after having slept the first night in a property, you may do so without penalty if you inform our office in time. For refunding up to 150.00 USD per credit card may apply.

2. Children Policy:
2a) Accommodation is free for 1 child under 6 years sharing parent's room.
2b) For children older than 6 years certain hotels and properties may impose additional charges for one Extra Bed or Crib. Usually it is about 25% of the room rate and has to be paid directly to the hotel.
